The removable internal has 4 slots for scissors and a larger compartment that can hold many combs, large or small, or even additional scissors. You can remove this internals and unsnap the bottom flap for thorough cleaning. The small leather straps that tie around the front are excellent at holding an assortment of clips. It comes with a clip on adjustable belt that can be worn cross-body or around the waist. The belt if also great at holding additional clips.
