Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products and direct sourcing from Japan, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help you make the right choice.

Education & Events Cancellation Policy

All ticketed events and educational programs are completely non-refundable within 21 days of the scheduled event date. For cancellations made outside of this 21-day window, refunds or credits are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at JPT’s discretion.

Special Orders & Fulfillment

JapanProTools offers special order services for items not currently in stock or for bulk purchases. Special orders are placed directly with our suppliers in Japan and may require additional lead time for sourcing and international shipping. Once your special order arrives at our facility, we will promptly process and ship it to you. Please note that special orders are non-cancellable once placed with our suppliers. Contact us for estimated timelines and availability for special order requests.

How can I get free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $125 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $125 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

FEEL 3 month warranty

FEEL Clipper/Trimmer/Blow Dryer 3-month warranty: Requiring the following

A video of the item not working / defectiveness must show the problem clearly
A receipt with the date of purchase
Shipping payment required

Shears come with a defective manufacturing warranty, which is subjective and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Voided if not sharpened by JapanProTools

Clips/Combs/Brushes do not have a warranty
